Product Reviews/Samples: As much as we would like to, we do not have the production inventory to send free product or samples at this time. We may add a sample pack option in the future.
International Shipping: Currently we are not able to ship outside the United States, other than Canada. If you choose to order to Canada please click here to read the shipping process ahead of time before doing so.
Retail & Wholesale: Since we make every order fresh after it is placed, we do not currently sell wholesale or ship to retail stores. All orders are shipped direct to consumer at this time.
Can I make an order now but have it shipped at a later date? Yes certainly. We have customers do that all the time! Simply write in the special instructions which date you want to receive your order. We will hold the label and ship the order to arrive as close to the requested future date as possible.
My Order Said it Shipped But There is No Update on The Tracking Number: All orders are made fresh, so when we add your label to the production line you will receive an automatically generated tracking number. The tracking number isn't live yet, but after your order is complete on the production line and shipped, it will begin working.
I placed an order but did not get a confirmation email in my inbox.
Our confirmation emails are all automated, so if it is not in your inbox it is very possible that it may have been filtered into your spam folder. Be sure to look through there and you should find it!
Can You Bake the Cookie Dough? Although our cookie dough is designed to be enjoyed right from the jar, it is also 100% bake-able. Simply roll desired amount into a ball, flatten the ball out on a cookie sheet, bake on 385 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until it is just barely golden brown on the edges. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
